Merchant Plus! Version 5.2.1 is now available for general release! While a minor release to the recent release of Version 5.2, this version includes as many new features as corrections to 5.2.
- Client Requests – Most of the best improvements of this release came directly from client requests. In fact, most of the requests made at the October Client Conference are included in this release (except those requiring database changes and a major release). Thanks to everyone for your input. If you look closely, you may find your signature!
- Contact Management – A few minor changes are included to allow for some basic Contact Management prior to the release of Merchant+ Anywhere. Contacts can now be created using the Customer Profile @ POS as well as back office. The Contacts List now provides total Contact Counts by associate as well as a better drill down detailing all transaction activity since the contact was made to provide positive feedback and performance analysis. We expect to further develop Contact Management solutions with the new browser based Merchant+ Anywhere mobile solution we are working on now.
- Merchant Wire Expansion –The Merchant Wire has been expanded to include special rotations for new users as well as topics specific to new major revisions. We hope this new feature helps keep you up to date with all the functionality of the system.
- Export Missed Counts – A new export is now available to export missed counts for a Physical Inventory into a format that can be imported back into the same inventory. See the release notes or the help text to understand how helpful this new utility can be!
