I want to thank everyone involved for a very successful week of meetings and training sessions: our clients and well as our staff. The open format of the meeting led to great interaction where retailers learned from each other as much as from us. We split the week up by areas of operational responsibility and worked our way through the entire application. Even though the group included our most experienced clients and those most effective at getting the most out of the system, it always surprises me how much is missed or overlooked.
Of course, we learned as much from our clients as they learned from us. We are compiling the suggestions and change requests so we can incorporate our clients’ feedback into our development plans. It always surprises me how often minor changes can make such a big difference for our clients. I thank everyone for their suggestions and contributions – we get better and better the more we listen! I think we will keep this format and I hope that next time even more clients can participate. I don’t think anyone left feeling they didn’t learn at least enough to justify their investment in money and time to attend.
