We are proud to announce the promotion of Tim Colvin as our new Vice President of Technical Services. As our clients know, Tim’s technical skills are rarely matched. Having known him for nearly a decade we all welcome Tim’s added responsibilities and talents to help make technology easier.
Tim will be heading up a significantly expanded business unit that will be available to help our clients with their technology needs above and beyond those services included as part of our application support program.
While there are always some things we will need to have local resources for, there are a great number of services that we can offer and in fact can be more responsive to as we have remote access to our clients’ systems. In the past we simply didn’t have the resources to offer these services. Tim will be focusing on developing a team to provide these services so we can provide the network and systems management services our clients need and are requesting from us.
Of course those relying on local network services can continue to do so, but this offers an additional option for issues where we can be more effective. We are looking forward to hearing from our clients on how we can expand our support offerings.
