Smyth Retail Systems, Inc. of North Canton, Ohio will be announcing their new mobile initiative at the Chicago Collective. Merchant+ Anywhere will allow the merchant to access their data on any device from any location. The first module extends the powerful Customer Profiling and Data Mining tools of the Merchant Plus! system and delivers them on the browser. Not only are all the records of each customer available at the retailer’s fingertips, but call lists can be generated and assigned by Sales Associate to provide professional and consistent follow-up to build lasting customer relationships. Contact records that can be prompted based on mobile actions (emails, calls, text messages) and easily analyzed to provide feedback on the success and response of sales activities.
